I'm Umar. I run RingProof out of DuPage County, Illinois. I built this because I kept seeing the same problem at every trades business I talked to: the phone rings while the owner is under a sink, on a roof, or in an attic. The call goes to voicemail. The caller hangs up and calls the next business on Google. The job is lost.

Voicemail does not fix this. An answering service that takes messages does not fix this. What fixes it is a real conversation that books the appointment while the caller is still on the line. That is what RingProof does.
